What can I return or exchange?

  • Refunds — Available within 30 days of purchase on full-price items. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Exchanges — Available within 10 days of purchase on unworn, unused full-price items. Exchanges are for items of equal or lesser value. We don't offer exchanges during sale periods.
  • Sale, promotional, and custom frames — Not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Gift card purchases — Not eligible for Refundid instant refunds.

How to Use Refundid

  • Follow Refundid’s simple 3-step process to apply for an instant refund. You’ll need to provide your BSB and account number to receive your refund directly.

  • Once your refund is approved by Refundid, you’re all set—your refund is complete. All that’s left to do is send your items back to us and upload the tracking number to your Refundid account.Return address:

  • Refundid deposits your refund instantly into the bank account you provide when signing up. You’ll need your BSB and Account Number to receive your refund.

  • Yes, Refundid has refund limits on single return amounts. To check the limit for your order, visit Refundid’s FAQs.

  • Refundid does not apply to:

    • Sale items marked as non-refundable
    • Orders purchased with a gift card

  • Once you submit your return through Refundid, your refund is processed immediately—you’ll see the funds in your bank account within 60 seconds.

    If it takes longer, contact Refundid Support directly.

  • Refundid still works! You’ll receive your refund instantly through Refundid—but you’ll still need to pay off any remaining instalments to your Buy Now Pay Later provider.

Other things to note

  • No in-person exchanges at our warehouses.
  • International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred when returning items.
  • If you're using Afterpay, you'll still need to pay off any remaining instalments with your provider even after receiving your Refundid refund.
