As we continue to grow our presence in key markets like Australia, the USA, and Europe, we are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce & Operations Manager to lead our digital commerce strategy and streamline our supply chain operations.

Role Overview
The Ecommerce & Operations Manager will be responsible for driving online sales performance, marketplace management while ensuring seamless operational efficiency across logistics, and
fulfillment. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and supply chain management. You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s
online customer experience, optimizing processes, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Management
• Oversee the EPOKHE ecommerce platform (Shopify) to ensure optimal performance, user experience, sessions and conversion rates. • Develop and implement ecommerce growth strategies, including sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches. • Manage website content, product listings, and merchandising to enhance the digital shopping experience. • Manage the Digital marketing manager to drive traffic and conversion through SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social commerce.
• Monitor key ecommerce KPIs (sales, conversion rates, AOV, traffic, etc.) and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and enhance website functionality.
• Lead online customer service strategy to improve response times, engagement, and
satisfaction.

Operations & Logistics
• Manage global supply chain operations, including USA 3PL inventory management,
warehousing, and fulfillment across multiple regions.

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping and returns processes.

• Manage the efficient operation and integration requirements of our key systems including Cin7, Shopify, and B2B system.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
Strategic Growth & Innovation
• Identify emerging ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to keep EPOKHE at the forefront of the digital landscape.
• Develop strategies to expand into new online marketplaces and optimize omnichannel retail operations.
• Work cross-functionally with the brand, sales, and creative teams to align ecommerce
initiatives with overall brand direction.
• Leverage data analytics and customer insights to drive decision-making and enhance the online shopping experience.


Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce and/or operations management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
• Expertise in Shopify or Shopify Plus and ecommerce tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, conversion rate optimization, and online
merchandising.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for surf, skate, and creative culture is a plus.
