What payment options do you accept?

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
- Orders are processed within 24 hours (pending payment authorization). Our processing hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM AEST.
- During sale periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing and lens fitting may take longer. For time-sensitive orders, please contact customer service before purchasing.
- Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a tracking link. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to appear.
Do you sell gift cards?
- Yes, we offer gift cards in $50 increments. For custom amounts, please email customercare@epokhe.co.
Where do you fulfill orders from?
- Orders are shipped from our HQ in Byron Bay, Australia, or our 3PL in Garden Grove, California, USA.
Do I have to pay taxes and duties
- International customers who paid for shipping during checkout will not incur additional duties or import taxes. These charges are included in your shipping cost.
Can I cancel my order?
- You can cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped. Please contact us immediately at customercare@epokhe.co.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email or tracking number. What do I do?
- You should receive an order confirmation after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched. If you don’t receive either, please email customercare@epokhe.co.
